Each of Check-Mate’s magazines comes with life-time guarantee.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Check-Mate Industries so if for any reason you are unsatisfied you can return the items for a full credit.
Prior to returning any Check-Mate product please call 800-229-6467 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Please be sure to send all returns back to Check-Mate Industries, Inc. along with the Return Merchandise Form to the following address:

Purchase of High Capacity Magazines
Any Customer residing in a State where legal restrictions regarding the sales/purchase of high capacity magazines are in effect will not be permitted to purchase said magazines unless a valid copy of purchasers FFL is provided. Direct law enforcement sales are permitted provided proper authorization from department is given.
If interested in purchasing High Capacity Magazines and you reside in a state where restrictions do not apply please print, sign and fax in a copy of our law compliance agreement provided below.
