Can I cancel or change my order?

Order cancellations may be accepted on a case by case basis depending on the status of order production, processing, and shipping. Order Changes require the incorrect order to be canceled and a new order to be placed.

Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be canceled / changed and will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
